Maciste,the hero of the story does all the usual strong man feats in his efforts to defeat the villians and free the townfolk from tyranny . The evil queen, who seems to have the hots for Maciste, puts him under a spell and forces him to labour in the mine. However everything ends for the best and the bad people suffer a horrible yet ironic death and the good people are happy ever after ( or at least till the next evil queen happens along ).
