I own a DVD (10 movie collection) and even on this bought DVD the movie only reaches 37 mins. My complaints towards the vendor of the DVD lead to the final result saying that also their supplier cannot explain when and where in the chain of buying-reproducing-selling-reproducing-...etc., the mistake occured. All the available DVD editions were only 37 mins long and nobody knows where to get a complete version!!
I REALLY wish I could find complete one, as it seems there were also some awsome scenes to see;). If someone manages to find the whole film, please do upload it, I'd upload a cyberkiss;-D
